HOUSE REGULATIONS

Check-in on the day of arrival is possible after 2 p.m.
Check-out on the day of departure until 11 a.m.
Reception is open: 00.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
Keep it quiet: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.

Common area

Please respect other guests and treat them as you would wish to be treated yourself.

You can receive your guests in the hotel lobby and hotel restaurant. Over-night lodging of the guests who are not registered and whose accommodation is not paid for is not allowed in the hostel.

It is not allowed to bring in your own food and beverage into the Restaurant and Bar of Hotel Park.

It is also not allowed to take away or remove inventory from the restaurant of the Hotel Park. Please tidy common area after use.

Fire Regulations

Fire regulations and emergency exits are displayed accordingly to regulations. Please inform yourself of fire alarms locations, fire extinguishers, and act accordingly to fire regulation and staff directions.

The use of heaters and cooking appliances in hotel rooms is prohibited due to the fire safety.

Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and all public spaces of Hotel Park. It is allowed only in special smoking rooms.
 
In case of intentionally triggered fire alarm without a reasonable cause or due to smoking, cooking etc., in spaces where this actions are prohibited, person responsible will be charged for fireguard intervention and the deposit will be withheld.

Important:

Alcohol consumption is restricted to catering part of the hotel. Storage of alcohol, consumption and storage of drugs or use of fire arms is prohibited. In case of not taking regard to the rule, the Hotel Park will confiscate the prohibited goods and inform the police.

Supervision over consideration of hotel regulations is conducted by:

• Property owner and manager
• Hotel Park staff

Mentioned above are permitted to check up consideration of hotel regulations without prior notice.

Following measures will be taken in case of violation of hotel regulations:

• Removal from Hotel Park premises
• Prohibited entry to Hotel Park premises
• Temporary confiscation of aggravating objects
• Responsibility verification procedure
• Refund claim due to caused damage and loss of revenue
