V preteklosti sem bil 4 leta hotelski manager v enem izmed boljših hotelskih kompleksov v Skopju in mislim, da sem dovolj kompetenten, da vam povem, da si vaša storitev in ljubeznivost zaslužijo kako zvezdico več. I just came back to Athens from Ljubljana and i would like to thank you for everything. The rooms were clean and great, the restaurant was super and you were all very polite, you made my staying in Ljubljana very pleasant. I hope i'll have the chance to come again soon to your beautiful city and stay in your hotel and i intend to recommend it to my friends and family.

I am writting to thank all the staff at the hotel for a great stay! I was staying with you from the 10th to 13th of October and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of service provided. I work in the travel industry and often stay in some of the world's  finest 5 star hotels. I wanted to let you know that your reception staff could teach some of these more highly rated hotels a thing or two about attention to detail and guest service. No request was ever too much and was always dealt with  in a charming manner. I commend you all.

I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for 5 days at the end of October.
